For the purposes of UK data protection law, DEVJSX LIMITED is the data controller for any personal data described in this policy. This policy covers this website only, not any separate product, client system or engagement DEVJSX may deliver under a signed agreement.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not run any analytics or advertising tool, and does not profile or track visitors. There is no account system, sign-up form or checkout on this website.
If you email us
The contact links on this website open your own email application and send directly to an @devjsx.com address (info@devjsx.com, support@devjsx.com or ahmed@devjsx.com depending on the link). We receive whatever information you choose to include — typically your name, email address and message. We use this only to respond to you and for ordinary business record-keeping, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries you have chosen to send us (and, where an engagement follows, to take steps towards or perform that contract). We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose and any applicable legal or accounting requirement, then delete it.
Technical information from hosting and fonts
Like effectively all websites, delivering this page to your browser involves some automatic technical processing by the infrastructure providers we use: our hosting and content-delivery provider, Vercel, and a third-party web-font service (db.onlinewebfonts.com) used to load a typeface. Each may process limited technical information — such as IP address, browser type and request timestamps — as an ordinary part of serving you the page or the font file. DEVJSX does not use this information to identify or track individual visitors, and does not combine it with any other data about you.
Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only processors involved are the infrastructure providers necessary to run this website and to send and receive email (described above), each acting under their own terms.
